We uniquely have a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor on our team! This offers our center the opportunity to be trained by the experts. Our goal at Kids Works is to raise children to become successful adults. Imagine an adult that is able to self-regulate their own emotions, independently problem solve, and feels confident in the person they are. We strive to give each Kids Works child the skills to become just that. Conscious Discipline is a comprehensive emotional intelligence and classroom management system that integrates all domains of learning (social, emotional, physical, cultural and cognitive) into one seamless curriculum.
Kids Works has seen incredible change in our school by building a School Family and teaching children to be more conscious of their emotions. We offer FREE monthly Parent Nights designed to enlighten and educate parents in Conscious Discipline and how it is being used in our school.
